teaching style is Vinyasana Flow. She is the director of Shakti
West, a yoga studio in Philadelphia, Pa.

A Masla is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, RYT Yoga Alliance
teacher and a
member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. In 2001
he founded the Ayurveda Health Retreat; a Ayurvedic Retreat Center
that offers traditional Ayurvedic Treatments and Yoga Lifestyle
education. “Living a full and healthy life does not need
to be a puzzle, we may just need a little guidance from an ancient
medical science that has been tested through time”.
Syama
Masla BA, LMT, E-RYT 500 Syama is a RYT Yoga Alliance
teacher that graduated from Naropa University, 1500 hour Yoga
Teacher Training. “By practicing and giving what I love
to others, in return I get to live as a life long student within
this ancient system of Yoga. With the practice of giving and receiving
I remember our similar connection and innate human~ness.”
Dhyana
Masla BA, LMT, E-RYT500 RYT Dhyana is a RYT Yoga Alliance
teacher that graduated from Naropa University, 1500 hour Yoga
Teacher Training. “My intention is to create a space for
you to Be; a space for you to bring your passion, your ideas,
your whole Self to be fully acknowledged and accepted as you are.
I am a devoted student to life, to yoga, to love... as i know
the roles of teacher and student are constantly interchangeable,
and that there is always space to expand.”
Chaya
Li Sharon, BA, IYT, LMT, AYC, E-RYT 500 brings over 25
years of experience to the community as a Ayurvedic Practitioner,
Sr. Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Performing Artist, and Author. “Ayurveda
teaches that each individual has the power to heal by understanding
themselves and their unique and individual needs. Yoga’s
holistic and harmonious practices offer a person an opportunity
to balance themselves, resulting in a life of freedom”.
Hita Karina is an E-RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certified
teacher trained in Sivananda Yoga. She has a BA from Prescott
College in Psychology. She brings a lifetime of experience being
raised by yogi parents in a bhakti-yoga ashram. “Remain
a student always through curiosity and humility; Embody the teacher
by letting go, having faith and becoming a instrument in service.”
